How to Grow Naturally Beautiful Hair
Many women want to have beautiful and glossy hair to look prettier, sexier and more glamorous. Having healthy and shiny hair will let you stand out from the crowd. However, getting the hair you always fancy is not easy if you are born with dry and brittle hair. If your hair breaks and falls out easily it may eventually lead to hair loss. Hair styling using electric curlers, blow dryers, and flat irons can also deplete the natural moisture of your hair and can make it rough, dull and tangled. Using strong hair treatment shampoos and conditioners are not highly advisable because most of these hair care products contain harsh chemicals that make hair dry and frizzy. Washing your hair everyday is not ideal because shampoos don’t only free your hair and scalp from dandruff and dirt but they also wash away natural oil that keep hair smooth and silky. If you love outdoor activities you’ll be exposed to the harmful rays of the sun and this can also damage your hair. Skipping meals to lose weight deprive you of the sufficient nutrients like keratin, a kind of protein needed for the healthy growth of your hair. If you can get rid of these causes you’ll surely find it easier to grow naturally vibrant and luxurious hair. It’s also essential to take care of your hair by keeping a healthy lifestyle and using products that are gentle and safe.
There are some simple tips you can consider to have the healthy and swingy hair you love. Keep your hair clean but don’t use shampoo too often. Choose shampoos that suit your hair type and contain only gentle ingredients that cleanse hair but can still moisturize it. You can also use shampoos that have sunscreen to defend your hair from harmful radicals and damaging UV rays of the sun. If you have dry and lifeless hair, nourish it with natural hair conditioners. You don’t have to spend on expensive conditioners; you can make hair conditioning treatments at home using ingredients available in your kitchen to have smooth and silky hair. You can make a hair mask by mixing mayonnaise and fruit pulps like avocado, mango, and banana. You can also add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the mixture to get better results. Wear a shower cap and leave on for fifteen to twenty minutes then rinse it out with lukewarm water. You can also make another simple home made hair conditioner with egg yolk, a teaspoon of baby oil, and a cup of water. Beat the egg yolk till it becomes foamy then add the baby oil then whip the mixture again. Pour the water into the mixture and blend them well. Apply the mixture through your hair and gently massage your scalp then wash your hair with cold water. This conditioner adds extra sheen and volume to any hair type. You can also massage coconut or olive oil onto tour hair. Wrap your head with a hot towel or plastic wrap and leave it on for at least thirty minutes. This recipe can effectively treat hair loss and itchy scalp. Make sure to rinse your hair thoroughly to completely wash away dull residues. When combing your hair it is more convenient to use a wide-toothed comb. This type of comb works well on tangled hair because it gently free your hair from tangles that you are not at risk of having more hair falls. It’s also good to use a wide-toothed comb if you have curly hair. Comb your hair when it’s soggy and start combing at the ends if there are tangles. Don’t comb curly hair when it is dry as it tends to break easily. It’s also important to trim your hair every eight weeks. Use pointed scissors designed only for cutting hair. If you really love to grow longer hair, trim its least healthy ends every three or four months. Since your hair is easily damaged by heat and styling needs, trimming it will prevent hair problems such as frizz, split ends, and hair loss, this in turn will make it healthier and more manageable. Don’t put on hair accessories that can strain hair. Never tie your hair with rubber bands, as they will rip the strands and even pull them out. If you want to wear ponytail you can use ponytail holders or scrunches to avoid hair breakage.
Being careful with your hair and treating it with superb hair care products are not enough to grow beautiful and extremely gorgeous hair. You also need to stick to a well-balanced diet. If you’re trying to shed extra pounds don’t fully do away with foods rich in fats and protein. A well-balanced diet is the top secret to healthy hair.
