Honestly, whenever I see an article about weight-loss I jump at it lol People need to realize that starving themselves doesn't help them lose weight. I've done it before, not completely. Just a few little things here and there and you eel horrible until you finally get some real food in your stomach.

Breakfast is really important for your diet if you want to lose weight. People do not seem to register that even though doctors have made that point clear.
